Meet Phillip Rodriguez

Phillip is 32 years old and originally from Homeland, California and just recently relocated to Santa Monica. He has family still in Homeland but they do not get along and have had a falling out for some time, and has since lived on his own on the streets. He has spent most of working life working at a pizza shop, and has limited skills beyond that. He has been a Lakers fan his whole life but has never been able to go to a game.
