Meet Rafael Morales

Rafael Morales is a 47 year old male born in Los Angeles and raised in San Bernardino, California. Mr.Morales graduated from high school and later attended North Bridge College for one year. His last recorded job was in 2011 which he lost due to transportation issues, he prefers an occupation in the food industry but is willing to do anything including picking up garbage on the streets or painting over graffiti. Rafael is still in touch with his family but does not live with them due to his alcohol addictions and drug abuse.
