Shalimar White is a 31 year old woman born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated High school and then moved on to college. Unfortunately, Ms. Shalimar was not able to complete college but started a job as a tattoo artist. She became homeless three weeks ago after returning from traveling. Her family stole her money and then chose to not support her after she became homeless. Shalimar came to Los Angeles because she was promised a job opportunity but regrettably that didn’t turn out as planned. After this incident she became stranded and alone, Shalimar is currently selling water on the streets of Los Angeles to make a living. She was very open and honest in saying that she regretted coming to live in Los Angeles and needed help returning home to Houston. She is currently sleeping in parks at night with her boyfriend. Ms. Shalimar is willing to work cleaning up garbage, painting over graffiti, and any other odd jobs to pay for her ticket back home to her family.
