Gerald Kemp is a 57 year old male, born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He is a high school graduate with experience in Marine Corp Combat Engineering. Gerald has been homeless for about two months has no support from family and states “live one day at a time”. In the future Mr. Kemp sees himself getting sober. We were able to provide him with a hot meal.
