Kevin Luis is a 28 year old male, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is a high school graduate who has been homeless for about three years. He has no support from his family and describes living on the streets as tiresome and depressing. Mr. Luis volunteers with the church and community outreach projects, People Helping People was able to provide him with a hot meal.
