Richard Armstrong is a 42 year old male, born in Valdosta, Georgia and raised in Spartaburg, South Carolina. Mr. Armstrong was kidnapped when he was a year old. He graduated from Forest Florida High School, he then continued his education and graduated from Florida Marion County College. He has been homeless for three years but keeps in touch with his mom in Tampa Bay Florida, Richard is living on the streets due to drug addiction and lack of hope. Mr.Armstrong would like to work but does not have in ID as he was robbed while living on the streets.
